I'm very happy with this rail. It's far better than the factory rail for mounting any type of optic. It sits just a bit bigger than the factory rail, so I was afraid it would interfere with the ghost ring but it does not. The height is exactly dialed in so that the length of the screws sit exactly flush with the inside of the receiver. Nothing sticks through, but they're not short, either, so they are able to get maximum purchase on the threads. This is important because the M4 is known to have issues with these tiny holes stripping eith improper rails and mounts because there is very little material for more than a few threads each. Murphy Precision is clearly aware of this and was very careful to make this as precise as possible. Highly recommended.

This is my second transaction with Cameron and both times it was for a special order non-listed base and both times he has hit it out of the park!
